As a KYC Team Leader, you will oversee and manage daily operations, providing training and development to the team while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will conduct quality control of KYC cases and act as a Subject Matter Expert, offering guidance on complex issues. Additionally, you will continuously assess and improve KYC processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
